Because our tea blends are perishable products, we do not accept returns on any items for safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
You may be asked to provide a photo of the product or packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly and improve future shipments.

Your satisfaction matters, and we’re here to help make things right — without requiring you to return any food products.
