Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. location.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Most packages arrive within 3–4 business days after shipment, depending on carrier processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@uniteablends.com.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund — no return required.
For packages marked “delivered” but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your mail carrier, and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Domestic Shipping Only
We do not currently offer international shipping. We plan to expand as we grow — stay tuned for updates.
