How to Brew

Shake pouches gently before use to mix herbs evenly.

Hot Brew: Scoop 1-2 tbsp of herbs into an 8oz cup. Steep in hot water (207°F) covered for 12-15 minutes. Strain herbs and enjoy.

Cold Brew: Steep 3-4 tbsp of herbs in 16oz of cold water in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours. Strain and enjoy over ice.

For best results, drink consistently. Herbal benefits are cumulative and deepen with regular use.
